Who is leaving these auto transport reviews?
In doing our research we discovered a couple of problems with some of the auto transport review webpages. One was that some of the sites that have auto transport reviews are owned and operated by owners, relatives, and friends of auto transport companies! It also became apparent that many of the reviews were written by the employees of the very companies themselves. Some of the more reliable reviews tend to be located on Google, Yahoo!, Angie's List and TransportReviews.com (we've provided direct links for our company reviews on these sites above).
So now what?
One great place to start your research on a potential auto transport company is the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org). The Better Business Bureau seems to be unbiased when dealing with consumer complaints and tries to mediate between the consumer and the auto transport company and publishes the result of each mediation on that companies report.
Don't stop there! It's still a good idea to do extensive research on the companies you may be thinking about doing business with. It will become apparent very quickly when you find companies that have quite a few negative reviews or a poor rating with the BBB.
